Ideally, you should launch Survival Packs as often as possible early in the game. Collect all the final accelerators you can and, if you are with friends, ask them to mark the ones they find. However, in the final stretch of the game you should avoid using it for yourself as you will clearly reveal your position. This does not mean that it is no longer useful: you can use it to direct the enemy to the wrong place or attract them to the pack to shoot them from afar.

The ultimate is also useful for characters you revive in a spawn point to start with some equipment. In any case, your priority as Lifeline is to make sure that your colleagues keep their life bar to the maximum.
